New development of 1, 2 and 3 bed homes available for rent with Legal & General Affordable Homes. We are holding a drop-in event to give local people information on how the apartments and houses are advertised and allocated. Priority will be given to households who have a local connection with the town of Dartmouth or the parish of Stoke Fleming. There are also 1 & 2 bed homes available for Shared Ownership.
